Cancellation Policy

✅ FREE TRIAL Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel session after booking has been made please contact us asap and let us know. Please inform us at the latest 1hr prior to session. If need rescheduling let us know when cancelling booked session and we can adjust day and time to suit. ✅Each child is eligible for one free trial session (unless advised other by staff) If you book a trial session and do not turn up without cancelling you can book again for free. If then again you are a no show with no contact, we will ask you to pay $25 for another trial session if you wish to rebook.
